i'd have to say the movie that actually made me get up & walk out was "House of the Dead" that movie is so bad that the director should have been thrown into a pit of his own lame zombies. 'nuff said.
I never walk out of a movie. I always find something I like. It's my curse to want to watch a movie and decide whether or not I dislike it for myself.
There are probably only a handful of movies I have ever turned off at home and never gone back to. Can't remember them, but they are few and far between.
With the name Oprah attached to it I am surprised you did not open fire with a NRA approved illegal automatic weapon on the theatre staff and any viewers who were getting misty eyed!!
I've only ever walked out of one movie and it wasn't because I thought it was particularly bad. It just completely freaked me out at the time I saw it and I was absolutely terrified to watch the ending. Feel free to laugh at my supreme wussiness as most do. (Hee hee!) I walked out of Fatal Attraction.
I've only walked out of a handfull. The first was FANTASIA, was that was only because the friends I went to see it with when I was 11 wanted to walk out.
the first movie i ever walked out on my own was MARTIANS GO HOME. The third and final movie was THE OMEGA CODE.
I wanted to walk out of both BATMAN AND ROBYN and LETHAL WEAPON 4, but my friends drove and I was stuck.....
I agree with you on Batman and Robyn and Lethal Weapon 4. I remember wanting to walk out of both of those but didn't. Maybe this forum should be on movies one should have walked out on. In my case I would include B&R, LW and holly cow you watched the Omega Code in the theater? I can't believe Omega Code even made it into my dvd player and I did turn it off. I know this about walking out of theaters but what about fast forwarding through entire movies because you just couldn't take it? I do that all the time.
I can sit through almost anything, so I've got to think it's really bad to walk out, I've even been known to take a nap if I'm not that interested. There are 2 movies that i could not sit through or sleep through.
The Fast and The Furious
Rambo (The recent one)
