Looking for an old sci-fi cartoon.

I remember watching this cartoon as a kid, but can't remember the name of it. It is set in a post-apocalyptic world (1,000-10,000 years in the future). There are dwarves and goblins. The goblins get ahold of a projector to confuse the dwarves whom they are at war with. There was some World War II rhetoric in it. I would like to watch it now that I'm older, but haven't had any luck finding it. Let me know if anything comes to mind. Thanks.
