Blue Collar ( Harvey Keitel, Richard Pryor)

There is a movie called Blue Collar starring Harvey Keitel and Richard Pryor which is the absolute hardest movie I've ever tried finding. The only way I found a copy was online on some UK website and they were selling it for $100 bucks! I want to say it's a paramount release but I'm not sure, i'ts certainly not on Netflix, especially with a fine cast which also includes Yaffet Kotto. Does anyone own this movie? If so how did you get it!
