Well this just sucks. The Netflix site has been down all day. I called them and they said it wouldn't be back up till later tonight when the mail has already gone out. So that means we lose a day and all of my movies won't be here until Thursday. That really sucks.
I have a feeling that movies won't even be sent out until even later. I used to get 2 sets of movies a week and now it seems they do stuff to make sure I only get one set.
Apparently not. They told me that lie yesterday on the phone and now they are saying it was down also. So we all have to wait an extra day and we get a 5% discount next month if we don't cancel.
Fear not. The website being down hasn't affected their shipping systems in the past, so as long as you have something in your queue, they should still be sending something to you today.

Was interesting tho that they removed the part about the distribution centers still working from their site down message. What terrible meaning does that action hold for us?
Picture it, a Netflix programmer goes in this morning, his computer says "Good morning Dave" and things start to go terribly wrong.....heck you could make a movie out of it...ha ha
I have run into the same problem before. I called them and told them I missed their expedited service that I'd come to expect and since then I would recieve 2 sets a week again...they trailing again. You can search for tips to beat Netflix throttling. Apparently they were sued over it, but their recourse was to change their terms verbage and keep on keeping on. Sort of sucks.
