Is anyone watching Survivor: Gabon?

Last night was the season premiere for the new cast. What do you guys think?

I'd have thought at least the guys would want to keep around the only one whose anatomy they had to keep blurring for TV. I wonder if they've considered an uncensored feed like for Big Brother.

I'd have to be awfully hungry before I'd take my eyeglasses apart and go blurry for several weeks.; ▶ Reply to This

they always start kicking out all the fastest, smartest and providers from the tribes..then when they're 4 left before the merge they're like "umm..how we're gonna get food to win the next immunity challenge" and the other will respond "umm.. i wanna go home.." and cry.

I dont see why these people..after so many seasons...still take everything soooo personal... is a competition.. you're not there to find your BFF..so just go with it. the first girl to be eliminated was getting annoying...specially when she said "the other tribe has all the good looking people, and i'm stuck here with...dorks!" Very highschool-like.. i'm glad she's out..no so much for her comment, but because it was obvious she was both weak and annoying..so that counts. lol.; ▶ Reply to This

I think after all this time I'm finally loosing interest in Survivor. I hated how last season went and I was livid over the winner.; ▶ Reply to This

But it seems that people have learned that a strong personality will get you voted off, so many are biting their tongues and trying to lay low. Even though that one girl they voted off was a whiner and complainer, she was very strong in the athletic challenges and they could use an athletic person right now.; ▶ Reply to This

Permalink Reply by mercurio3 on September 29, 2008 at 12:17pm: I think when you get up to 1000 seasons of the same show with the same format..you start to compare it with the first..second..and maybe 3rd..so when you're at the 10th season you start to go ..."aghh" or 'boooring" since you already know they outcome.
I wasn't impressed either. The other tribe was obviously and by light years stronger and better looking as Michelle the first one out, stated. lol..; ▶ Reply to This

Permalink Reply by atomicfizz on October 15, 2008 at 11:03pm: i watch this show, I've been watching since the 2nd season and I'm still interested each time. There have been some seasons that are kind of duds, but overall it's still entertaining.

I don't know about the guy who the gay guy is in love with. So far I think their friendship is cute and I hope it's genuine on his part but who knows on this show.

Personally I love Sugar. She is great. I hope she lasts a while, though I don't think she'll ever win.; ▶ Reply to This

i think she'll take everyone for a ride if she keeps looking defenseless and cutesy.
