Movie Title?
Movie is about this girl who draws crazy things in ink. They come alive. There is this eye that keeps looking into her world through the drawings. It is sort of "old circus" style and this music I would associate with that time keeps playing throughout the movie. She sees some jugglers in the street? I think they travel in this world and there is this big round building, lots of stairs... I just heard the music, and now I want to see that movie again, but cant think of the name or much else about it. It is driving me crazy. The movie was very good.

the one i think Alex is talking about is older than that... something from the early 90's.

It doesn't appear It's out on DVD region 1 - only region 2 (PAL video output?) and out of print?
I loved that movie and have never seen the entire story - only parts on TV. Wonder if it'll ever be Region 1 and carried by Netflix?
Might be a candidate for me to buy the VHS tape and make a (poor quality) DVD out of it...
