Problem with "Reservation Road" dvd?

Has anyone had a problem playing the Reservation Road dvd? I've had two copies sent and both do not play. The dvd player locks up and keeps saying that it's loading. Other netflix dvds work fine. Both copies seem to have a very small scratch or crack at the center of the disc. I considered that I might have gotten the same dvd twice, but realized that they sent the second one before they received the first one back. It seems odd that two copies in a row wouldn't play, especially since this is a relatively new release.. I wonder if this could be a problem with the manufacturing of the dvds?

Older DVD players may not play this format -- you can get the "loading" screen or some players will just puke the DVD back out.; ▶ Reply to This

They are demo disks meant only to be rented or viewed, they are never sold commercially.

Typically when an entire batch of DVDs is bad its a production error, usually its due to the tracks being slightly "off".; ▶ Reply to This
