A Netflix Community

I mailed a DVD back almost 2 weeks ago. It usually takes 2 or 3 days, but this time it still hasn't gotten there.

I looked on the help pages and there are answers for not receiving a DVD they sent me, but nothing about them not receiving one from me.

Has anyone else had this problem? What should I do? Should I go ahead and contact them or will they think it's too soon?

They told me after three days to call, so I'd say you've waited more than long enough. They are really sweet and will sort it out for you.

Two weeks is definitely enough time to wait. All you need to do is click the link to "Report Problem" next to the DVD title from your Queue listing or from the Activity page on your account page while logged onto the Netflix site. Then you can click the option that says you already mailed it but it hasn't been received.

Thanks, I didn't know about that Report Problem link, probably because I never had a problem with Netflix.

It happened to me..

You can report right online.. When you go your queue, next to a movie on the right, it says report a problem...

Click on that, and follow the directions.. You will have a choice of saying you had mailed the dvd and when..

I usually will not wait that long before I reported it to them...

It won't be a problem, unless it starts happening often. If it does, I'd contact the post office.
