For me, it's Raiders -- I've never been a fan of either Darryl Hannah or Sean Young (Though Rutger Hauer almost makes up for them), so it's an easy choice. I saw Raiders at the drive-in, it has been in my top 5 ever since, and it's the only movie I've seen enough times to recite (even the Hovitos, yikes).
Well, lets see I enjoyed both movies, but would have to say Blade Runner eeks over the top primarily as it stands on its own and didn't spawn any sequels.
Raiders of the Lost Ark, by a long shot. They are both very good films and it would be a hard choice but my chilhood reeks of Indian Jones and now my kids love it too.
Raiders of the Lost Ark by a mile. I was immediately hooked and have vivid memories of watching it over and over as a kid. I didn't see Blade Runner until I was an adult, and I only did it to see what all the fuss was about. I still don't get it...I was bored out of mind. You can make a social statement and still make it interesting people.

I'm confused as to why you want to compare them. Blade Runner is a Sci Fi and Raiders is an Adventure. The stories aren't alike at all. I've seen both of them several times and I'd pick Blade Runner - the original. I missed the narration on the Final Cut version and would not watch that one again. Harrison Ford did a great job in both, in my opinion.
