Can someone help me identify these movies??
First one is a bit older, i think from early to mid 90s. It's about some kid who was for some reason an unlikely choice as a Rugby or Football player because he was either a wimp or physically disabled or just a loser. Similar in plot to Radio i think, it had a one word title which was the character's name i believe...
Next, there was this couple who were looking for a place to live...there was this old woman who lived upstairs...for some reason they would have benefitted if she died, something about rent control. At one point they decide to hire a professional killer who fails because the granny is actually a bad-ass. She would do annoying things like fall asleep with the tv blasting, and in the end it turns out her and the cop knew they would try to kill her and expected it, as this had happened when previous couples lived there... i thought it was called something with 'apartment' or 'townhouse' or something referring to the house-search in the title, but i just can't figure it out. early 2000s i believe.

Extra Clue: i think they ended up selling all of their belongings/furniture including a nice rug to pay the killer...

AHH awesome... i kept thinking like tom hanks and meg ryan, but i was pretty sure those were wrong. and i knew the title was something like The Apt. or The Townhouse. thank you very much!!
