close caption on instant watch?
I know this is an old issue. But still there is no CC option on instant watch?
'hard to do in viewing software' argument should no longer be valid as now netflix uses silverlight and it's easy to add close caption with silverlight. (I did a quick research on adding close caption with silverlight, and it looks very easy thing to do).
Even most hulu(free) shows/movies have it, why can't netflix(monthly fee) have it as well? I don't expect adding captions to all movies in one night though.
So, what else is preventing netflix to add this useful feature?

1) They don't think it's worth the effort due to how many will/would actually use it
OR
2) They are saving that for when they start charging for IW. (...and they will start charging, I think)
