Angelina Jolie, in Life or Something Like it, Nicole Kidman The Human Stain and Bewitched (!!!!)

I totally agree on Kidman in Bewitched.... terrible choice on her part!

However, I can actually appreciate Jolie in Life or Something Like It. I think you have to understand that the character she's playing is supposed to be totally transparent and living a life that doesn't really have any meaning... Then you can kind of "get into" the transformative process she goes through upon learning that she's about to die.

How about Tom Hanks in Da Vinci Code? If that was the only movie I'd ever seen him in, I'd swear he couldn't act. Ohhhhh the one that really upsets me is Zooey in The Happening! I <3 Zooey, but wow, could you direct her to be any less emotional/responsive? Okay, um, just stand there... good... and look teary-eyed into the camera... perfect!

I like Tom Hanks, but let's see how far back I'd have to go to find a movie where I wasn't aware that: "IT'S TOM HANKS!"

Wait, now that I looked it up: Road To Perdition. He was good (though the movie was just OK). The Green Mile, that was just good all 'round. Saving Private Ryan, good all 'round. Apollo 13, good. Forrest Gump, interesting.

I love Christian Bale and hated his character Jim in "harsh times" and I hate the movie even more!
