OK so here it is.. I have had Netflix 2 years now and I have watched so many movies some REALLY good and then some REALLY bad. And here is the thing I feel like I have run out of things to watch. I mean Netflix has recomended some really good flix and I have liked most but I am in a rut. I work for Netflix so sometimes I will find things thru other customers interests like "Dexter" OMG!! Was that ever a good show and I dont have showtime so if a customer had not said how great it was I would have never known. Soooo I am asking for help once again. I have about 20 movies in my queue and am not really excited about any of them. So bring on the suggestions :)
I like Horror movies (I loved the Nightmare on Elm St movies)
I would like to see a really scarry movie have not seen once since "Exorcist"
I like romantic movies like "The Notebook" and "Titanic" I know sappy right..
I like funny movies.."National Lampoons Vacations" and then "Planes, Trains and Automobiles"
I like heist movies like "Bank Job" Ohh and I like the "Bourne movies"
Are you willing to take some risks? Maybe stuff you don't think you'll like but might give it a chance?
I may be able to offer some unique stuff if your interested...
Perhaps start with, and I know this may seem rough, but something from as far out there and scary...
Salo, Or the 120 Days of Sodom before you click away, it's a mind bender for sure and is going to elicit some sort of emotion out of you. I think that's what your looking for here, to be re-ignited in your love of film. Check this one out...
I'm sure other people will provide you with better suggestions but I guess it's a start.

Keep up the suggestions I am filling up my queue here..
I didn't think anyone else liked Eye Of The Beholder...I liked the story & alsoloved all of Ahsley Judd's costume changes...not to mention the always watchable Ewan.
Nice, I agree, I was going to recommend Caligula too, but thought I'd wait until she got through Salo. But Caligula would be the easier of the two to digest first.

Everybody is in the same boat there. I like heist movies Heist Three Kings Thief Owning Mahowny
Ok my first piece of advice, is don't watch so many movies. That cannot possibly be good for you, go out side an enjoy the fresh air. I enjoy films more when I haven't seen one in a while.
Anyway here are some good ones.
The Time Shifters also called Thrill Seekers is a pretty good time travel film. It's actually a made for tv movie that was made for TBS. I know it sounds bad but the story is actually pretty interesting. Check out my review on it on Netflix.
A goot romantic teen movie is Trojan War with Jennifer Love Hewitt and Will Frieddle, it's similar to cant Can't Harly Wait and those other teenage films that came out during that time.
I'll also mention 12 Monkeys, I'm sure you've seen it, but in case you haven't it has Brad Pitt and Bruce Willis; it's a great film.
You like Heist films, then I'm sure you've seen Snatch, and Lock Stock... Also I liked the new Bond film Casino Royale, a lot of the action reminded me of the Bourne films.
As far as sappy films go, I'm not a big chick flick fan but I did enjoy Serendipidy.
I hate to admit it... but Pro B is dead on with Love Actually, it's one of the only romantic comedies I atually will choose to watch even if the wife isn't around.
I remember when that first came out on dvd, and at the time I was working at BB(yes I worked for the evil empire-but not for long). I think I recommended that and Spartan to every single person who walked into the store.
Even the burly, hillbilly, action-laden guys looked at me(when I gave Love Actually the nod) like I was just not right; but about 80% came back and admitted that they really liked it.
