Disclaimers and other info.

This isn't Netflix Tech Support, but even if you can't email them, there are several ways to contact them:

Netflix Customer Service directly @ 877-638-3549 or 866-716-0414.

TTY 1-866-402-2619

Contact Netflix on Twitter @Netflixhelps.

Post your question on the Netflix Discussion Board on Facebook

This is a group for members to share their ideas and experiences but there are no guarantees so take any suggestions at your own risk.

We aren't claiming to have any answers and recommend that you contact support for your IW Device at the source (Roku, Mac, Microsoft, etc). The creator of this site and members of the group take no responsibility if your PS3 sizzles, bursts into flames and fries your hard drive or TV.

Has your question already been asked and answered? Please do a SEARCH before posting a new thread, that helps keep things a little more tidy.

Enjoy.

This is from a post on Hacking Netflix:
Some users are reporting problems with Netflix streaming on the PS3, and NetflixHelps on Twitter is telling customers to make sure that 720p is selected in the PS3 settings. The menus on the PS3 can be confusing, so here are detailed instructions on how to make sure that 720p is set on the PS3:

1. Select "Settings."
2. Select "Display Settings."
3. Select "Video Output Settings."
4. Confirm your connection type.
5. Select "Custom" setting method.
6. Make sure that 720p is selected.

The resolution setting screen looks like this:

I am always quick to recommend @netflixhelps. Twitter may seem useless to uninformed people, but it's the greatest app on my computer. I can keep in contact with people just as easy as email, and for once, I get responses.

Netflix Helps is always quick to do just that. I applaud the guys who run that Twitter, because they probably have to respond to a lot of angry people in a days time. It's hard to always come across as polite within only 140 characters though.
