Does the length of time of a movie play a major role in determining whether you're going to watch it or not?

For some reason when I look at a title and it's less than 90 minutes - it's not going to be a great movie. If it's going to be 2 hours - it's going to be worth the ride, and if it's going to be greater than 2 hours, then it's going to be a great movie. Is this just my opinion?

I'm the opposite. I like my movies tightly plotted and compact. The closer it is to two hours (or more), the less I want to see it.

I find that many of the 70-80 minute films are junk. This could make for an interesting research of titles that are popular and how many minutes they are.

I prefer movies to be 90 - 110 minutes. I usually feel anything more than that is padding. Of course, there are many notable exceptions.
