And while many Island natives, as well as Oceanic survivors, have taken critical hits, we can’t always be sure “dead is dead,” as the titular episode from this season would have us believe. Still, we’re pretty confident that if Damon and Carlton were to launch a Lost spin-off called Dead, the people listed below could be on it - except for maybe one. And the beauty (and some would offer, the curse) of Lost is that being shot six times, pulling the pin on your own grenade or handling dynamite like a hot potato doesn’t mean we won’t be seeing you again. So in the meantime, let’s take a moment to mourn the loss of Ana Lucia Cortez, Mikhail Bakunin, and assorted other Losties, while we prepare for another round of casualties as the season finale fast approaches. Try to hold it together, friends. There’s no crying in Dharma baseball.
