Flagged.
Also, it should be noted that EVERY one of this person's so-called-reviews is the same thing... there is different wording, but they all just complain that "Tracey McCall" needs to be added to the cast list.
Three stars for a movie that can introduce 'tetralemma' into the conversation. Unfortunately, the DVD had problems around the point where Veronica starts to age, so I will have to rewatch it this winter when I get into deeper subject matter.
My son watched this movie while in China and recommended it to us. So far, every copy we've had in the states doesn't offer English subtitles for the movie part. It only offers English subtitles for the "special features" part. When we call our DVD supplier to try and explain this to them, that their copies don't have English subtitles for the movie, they tell us that it does. I hope I eventually get a copy like my son had in China that had English for the movie. This movie is pointless without subtitles because the main character creates his own language finding English devoid of expansive thought, and when he speaks his own language, it has to be translated to know what the heck he's saying.
I rarely turn a movie off before it is finished but this one creeped me out. After about 45 mins, it went back into the mailer and back to the mailbox. I just couldn't finish it. It left me feeling weird the rest of the evening. An extremely strange movie.
