I've never noticed the DVD guide before. Beats using an episode guide
I have made the suggestion through the NF contact form.
Deep in my queue I have the Lost in Time discs. We they got to the top, I was planning to go in episode order, merging in the dozens (mostly VHS) that I own.
There are quite a few lost episodes, though, aren't there? Are the "recreations" available on DVD, too? I would love to see that animated one I've read about.
That is The Invasion. 2 of the 4 episodes were recreated with animation and the original audio reconstructed from several people's home recordings. It's all explained in one of the extras on the disc.
The extras on the Dr. Who discs are often very interesting. I rarely watch extras on movie discs, but I always watch these. Heck, sometimes they are better than the Dr. Who episodes on the disc.
That is new, guess it is the result of our requests. It is a mess, but they are there. Would probably be best if they labled them all like they did with "Doctor Who: Earthshock (Ep. 122)"
As for the new episodes being labled Series 1+, that is the BBC's doing.
