The OTHER Arm Wrestling Movie. What is it?

I remember after seeing Over The Top there was another Arm Wrestling movie. I'm working on a project to collect all the obscure sports movies I can find. I KNOW there was another Arm Wrestling movie and even using IMDB I am drawing a blank.
