About Me:

I have two featherbabies, Gosha and Kita. I was in Syktyvkar, Russia in the 1990's. Once was in February, the other time was in June. I used to speak a little conversational Russian but not much anymore. I got Gosha when I returned from my first trip. That explains the Russian names for my parrots. My greatest passion is teaching science. I enjoy gardening, pool aquatics (not laps but using a flotation belt), basking in the sun and eating my husband's fabulous BBQ ribs.
