Funny that women find this movie good when it was about men for men.

Thanks for the comments. I have seen Fight Club many times, and it resonates every time I see it. I wish I could be as "who gives a shit" as Tyler.

Hey NYJake217 - Maybe it isn't one of the all time best, but if ya go back to watch it over and over again . . . what is it? I still watch it . . . and the themes seem to still hold true. Isn't that the reason Shakespeare's stuff keeps getting pr...

Happy birthday Jean Pierre Jeunet

Man, we are on a roll here. Today is Jean-Pierre Jeunet's birthday. He is 55 years old. If you don't know him, he's the brilliant director of "La Cite des Enfants Perdus," "La Fabuleaux Destin d'Amelie Poulain," and "Un Long Dimanche de Fiancailles." I think that's how you spell the last. My French is getting rusty again. In English - The City of Lost Children, Amelie, and A Very Long Engagement. I wish he would get busy making another film. It's been tooooo long. Love him!

Happy Birthday Keanu Reeves!

I haven't posted in a really long time, but I had to come out of hiding to wish Keanu Reeves a happy 44th. Forty-four years old. Man oh man. He has a new film coming out in December. You may have heard of it - "The Day the Earth Stood Still." He plays an alien. Hey, no jokes! I love Keanu!!

Kung Fu Panda

Saw "Kung Fu Panda" today at the 3:20 p.m. showing and it was fantastico. I laughed through the entire movie. The kung fu is pretty spectacular, and believe it or not, Dreamworks ACTUALLY cast a few Asian actors to do voices. Holy schmoly, you say. Uh, huh. Randall Duk Kim, you know the Keymaster from "The Matrix" voices the awesome tortoise named Oogway (where did they get that name?), Lucy Liu voices the kickarse snake; James Hong, who has been acting since Adam was a lad, voices Panda's noodl… Continue

Hey there! Jeez it's been a while. I stopped by a few weeks ago and updated my avatar and didn't come back for a while. No I don't have Facebook, but I'll check it out. So, how's it going? Condolences on your doggie, I know how difficult it is to lose one. We are all good here. I am the parent of a teenager! My son turned 13 in January and I just don't know where all the time gone. Just yesterday he was my sweet baby boy and today he's a rotten little persn full of teen angst! But I love him for all his faults and gifts. Well, hope to hear from you soon.
Peace,
Melodi

Hey Stranger! How's life? Great I hope. I am sad to report that I had no luck in Finding my beloved Aioki. We will miss her forever. But I did adopt a huge fuzzy bear from our local ASPCA a couple of weeks ago. He is a three year old Great Pyrenees named Nomad. He weighs in at about 125#'s and still has about 15-20 to gain! Hope to hear from you soon!

once it happened that two people went through every review and marked unhelpful and that was the most upsetting. then I was okay until my number drpped then they went back and did the same thing just on the new reviews. Someone or more than someone is very competitive. This exact thing started happening only afteri got more visible on ning and started a blog.

Yea, they did their show in a club in brooklyn that was packed (line wrapped around the building, it was unreal), and then hopped down off the stage and signed stuff, talked to people, and took pictures. They got swarmed, but made it a point ot talk to everyone, it was awesome. If ya haven't seen it, check the show out, its hilarious. A great one to start with is the clips show, episode # 126 (http://revision3.com/diggnation/2007-11-29mlohmiller/). Just hilarious clips from throughout the year. its a great way to check out what their all about. Alos, on the top left there is the shows tab that lists what else is on Revision3, lots of good stuff. Let me know what you think :)

Yea, its me and Alex Albrecht from TRS. He also does diggNATION with Kevin Rose, heard of it? Its a weekly show on revision3.com (where TRS is along with a bunch of other great net shows) where they sit on a couch with their laptops, drink beer, and talk about the top stories on digg.com. This picture was taken at a live taping of diggNATION in NYC earlier this year :). Here is a pic with me and Kevin Rose:
