Once you sign in, you can see the links we we have listed on this site that direct you to our Netflix outward profiles.... and you can save people as 'favorites'. If you add people as friends you can exchange movie notes.
The only limit to this account is that it will not show % to other members or allow instant watch.

You keep the movies as long as you want and when you return them you get the next ones on your queue. Netflix has software that analyzes our preferencctors based on how we rate the films and then makes recommendations based on our tastes. We also write reviews for films we've seen and members vote on how helpful they were. These reviews are just one of several factors that determine our 'reviewer rank'; which is totally meaningless but people get really obsessed over it nonetheless. If you have a profile you can look up practically any movie, actor, director, and get information and reviews. oh, also there is a feature that allows you compare your percentage in common with other members and collect them as friends.
On another note, i have a dream that one day I will have a ship and travel the seas with my kitties ;)

I think it's kind of cool that people who are not even on Netflix are joining our lil' community. I used to be a global wanderer- maybe one day I'll get to do that again (sigh).
So, since you aren't a member, you can't look at profile pages and reviews on the Netflix site, correct?
