Extreeeeeeeeeemely late response, but no, I haven't watched Out of Sight yet. I have a thing about watching movies from books I've read and enjoyed (I still won't watch Blade Runner; no matter how great people say it is, nothing can compare to the world I created in my mind), plus, I was out of the country for the past month working 14 hour days so I had no time for play. My dh did make sure that I can, um, get, uh, caught up, so to speak, on all the dvds he returned, if you get my meaning *wink, wink*, so I promise to watch it soon and let you know what I think.
Thanks for the info! :) I'm still undecided on whether to watch it or not. I know the director was trying to make a point about violence in movies and about the people who watch that violence without blinking, but I'm just not really into the "torture porn" genre. It does sound interesting though, so maybe I will add it - it will be a while before I get to it anyway. :)
Hey, I saw you posted about Funny Games on the "what did you watch today" thread, I was wondering if you could please tell me what "device" you were talking about. I don't mind spoilers at all, and I'd love to hear your opinion on the movie. If you comment back and don't mention what movie title, I don't think it will spoil it for anyone else. Or you could just message me if you'd rather. :)
Hey, I'm adding you and two other people to be administrators for the short film group. Although, as far as I know, there's not a whole lot to it. I guess you can add stuff to the body of the group's page, like embed a short film to be featured for awhile, link to a review of a short that's getting praise at a festival, and whatever else you may think of.
Woo! Thanks for joining Short Films Need Love Too and quickly adding to the discussions.
Animal crackers in my soup, blue ducks and crocodiles in my coop. Boogaloobandanabutt. The rooster says, "*&^%$#@!" Typey, typity, type, type, type.
I love Buffy and I own the seasons. But, that is a dangerous thing. Sometimes I want to watch an episode but I think about it before I do, because when I watch the episode, it turns int a Buffy episode marathon and end up watching like 10! Love love Love Spike. Are you reading Season 8? I read the summaries in Wikipedia.
Many thanks for your "What happened to Cordelia" summary. To the point: What was her exit from BtVS? In that series, she decided to leave Sunnydale and go to LA? Yes? Danke.
