We cannot show rental history without permission, so we will not be able to show ratings for Faves. It's meant to display only the information the user posts publicly - ie: reviews.

Low stock even if only one copy, belongs in the queue. Maybe as "unavailable," maybe as "Ridiculously long wait," but give us a chance, and let us decide where in our queues it belongs.
Very cool, I have found @NetflixHelps to be very helpful, as the title would suggest! It certainly feels more personal than "Report a Problem", because with that, you have no idea if the problem will ever be fixed (If it's a Watch Instantly issue).
