I have the Season 2 DVD and I don't remember hearing ny different music. I haven't watched it in a while so I will try to watch it and the IW version to see if I can tell any difference.
I'm on a temporary haitus right now; I was roped back into a real job by a certain someone. But definately contact me when you're ready- Venture Bros would be fun.
