Has anyone else experienced that 35% of the received discs are either dirty, smugged or scratched? I'm wondering if anyone knows whether or not the Netflix shipping and receiving quarters actually view the returned discs for fingerprint marks, scratches or defects, or if they simply restock them for the next person's queue request?
