What I Snack on in Movie Theaters
Nothing - no distraction please.
About Me:
I love thoughts provoking movies. I'm not "artsy" or anything. I just like movies because I am interested in human stories. Since it's not polite to ogle people and pry into their lives, I resort to movies.
The Brothers Bloom--I'll be honest, it took me a second time before I actually liked it. Adrien Brody is a gem.
As for foreign ones... Downfall, The Death of Mr. Lazarescu, and Let the Right One In were fascinating. I didn't enjoy Cache or The Dinner Game. Guess I don't like French ones. lol
Better late that never, right? Love, love, LOVE Wes Anderson. Although I'm ashamed to say I've yet to see Fantastic Mr. Fox. The Life Aquatic is my favorite of his; I think it's my affinity for David Bowie and Jeff Goldblum's role that edges it to the top. :) As for foreign films, I've been known to see a few. Have any recommendations for me?
Yes I'm rather new to Ning, and was going through everything this past weekend, and kind of like the Game Room the best so far. If I'm not playing a game right please let me know of any mistakes. Is that a Newfoundlong dog as your picture? Their beautiful dogs,I wish I could have one. But they just think I'm some kind of play toy or something. SIGH Lol

Hey Newfie... Just saw your note today. We did finish Chris Pines movies. I did open a new thread after we finished it.
You are right - I think people prefer to do people they know and have seen. That was my issue with Phineas.. I think he had not forgiven me for refusing to play his person with him, after the first time, I was the only one who played a person he selected with him....
Do the same actors all over again? Why? how boring. There are so many we haven't even looked at..
