I had that happen a couple of times and as discussed recently regarding the dark shadows series. Report the disc as damaged and then put a note on the actual disc. This will make sure that the person sorting the disc does not miss the broken disc ...
After reading all of these posts this may simplistic but in the past when I got a damaged disc more than once (a long time ago) when I sent the damaged disc back I wrote in marker on the sleeve that the disc was damaged so the person inspecting it...
any ideas?

I love Dexter! I wait till it is on DVD though then have "Dexter Weekends". I have been know to watch the whole season at one time. I am not very patient and once I see one episode I want to the them all.

We also felt we needed to see green trees and grass again, ya know? But we loved everything else. The Strip is great and although we don't gamble (much), it is fun to "hang out".
