Netflix should require that new releases are returned within 2 days.
But the reason people use Netflix is because there are no due dates. Blockbuster has due dates. Netflix doesn't have due dates. Nobody likes due dates.
I didn't buy it for any of the extras, nor did I buy it because the rental version was so stripped of everything, but because it's a great movie.

Yes, they probably don't if the secondary facility takes the same number of days as the primary. The bonus disc is actually compensation for having to WAIT for a disc sent from a secondary facility.
