About Me:

Hi Everyone. My name is Cindy, and I'm a filmmaker. My feature directorial debut PURGATORY HOUSE, (which was written by a 14-year-old girl I mentored in the Big Sisters program) won 11 film festival awards, 2 Prism Nominations, and was distributed by Image Entertainment. Currently I'm preparing my second feature ODD BRODSKY, which was co-written with my cinematographer husband Matthew Irving. I'm also a programmer for the Dances With Films Festival in LA, and currently founding a non-profit company called "Patron of the Arts" which is going to create grants for filmmakers to fund their films. The tickets are a hell of a lot cheaper that way, but I don't recommend living there. The rest of Utah is not like Park City is in January, to put it mildly.

Saw your post on the Sundance blog. I was there in 2007 too with the crew of the film "Zoo." I wanted to see "Waitress" but didnt get a chance to. I have it queued on Tivo now.
I went to Sundance also in 2002, 2003, and I think 2004.
I'll probably go again in a few years, need a break.
