And it took as many days to send "What Happens in Vegas" from West Sacramento as it does to send DVDs from San jose and San Francisco.

Yes, they probably don't if the secondary facility takes the same number of days as the primary. The bonus disc is actually compensation for having to WAIT for a disc sent from a secondary facility.
I just got yet another DVD from San Francisco. I'm guessing that they don't send bonus if they're able to send you from your second-closest shipping facility?
I've been a member for nearly three years now and I've only received two discs that were wrong.
For one of the Harry Potter movies, I received the extras disc rather than the movie, and I received a random disc of Ballykissangel instead of Captain'…
I recently got a DVD from the San Francisco center. It took the same numbers of days to arrive as it would have from San jose.
I got the right movie "Pride"! It's been over a month since I saw it. I now feel really bad for those customers who received the swimming movie instead of the British lion movie. It was really good.
