- Hey! Hi and thank you for the warm welcome. I don't go to the theatre much either. A friend is off work for a few days for the holidays and we're trying to get it together to go and we make plans , but so far we can't seem to get it together to go, we're home bodies. I heard BB is long but what attracted me is 1.) the subject of the movie and 2.) the sets and 3.) the traveling through time, kind of like Dark Shadows, i think. Someone told me it's the kind of movie that stays with you for days. I love watching the Golden Globes and Oscars and it's more fun if I've seen at least a couple nominated movies. But Netflix really is my very best friend in the world. Netflix always has good news..."We expect to ship your next movie today." Love it! I like some foriegn films. Recently rented The Decalogue but I couldn't get through it, too depressing; same for Ulysses' Gaze. Babbette's Feast is an all time favorite though. Do you have some recommendations?
