Discribe your favorite Star Trek episodes from any series. Here's some off the top of my head.

The Best of Both Worlds: Were the Borg attack the Federation and capture and assimialte Captain Picard. The only way they believe they can stop the Borg is to fire a burst of energy through the main deflector dish which would destroy both the Borg and the Enterprise. And at the end of part part one Ryker give the order to fire while Picard is still on board the Borg ship. This by far is the mother of all cliff hangers.

Another one is when Captain Jellico takes command of the Enterprise while Picard is sent on a special assignment. While Jellico's command style rubs everyone the wrong way, in the end he gets the job done and rescues Picard from the Cardasians.

My favorite Star Trek episodes...

Star Trek: TNG: The Best of Both Worlds
I think my favorite episode is probably everyone's favorite...when the Borg abduct Picard. Enough said...everyone knows this episode.

Star Trek: DS9: Little Green Men
This would would have to be a when Quark and family go back in time to earth and create the whole "Roswell" incident. I laughed my butt off for most the episode.

Star Trek: Voyager: Resolutions
The episode I chose if my "what could have been" episode. This is when Chakotay and Janeway contract some rare virus with no cure. However, they can survive if they live on a planet that somehows supresses the virus. This causes a dilemma for the crew since they will have leave Chakotay and Janeway behind while they try to search for a way back to Earth. What I liked best is how Chakotay and Janeway start to build a home together and maybe even a future together...possibly romantic. However, Voyager finds a cure and we will never know what could have been.

Star Trek: Enterprise: Regeneration
Hmm...this series was so short...but I'm gonna have to say the Borg episode. You know...kind of a carry over from the Star Trek: TNG movie (First Contact). In this episode, the Enterprise crew find remenants of the fight between the ST:TNG and Borg from First Contact...of course, the Borg reactivate and try to dial their home but the Enterprise crew was able stop them.

Ok, dont hate me for not knowing the specific episodes:

Some of my fav's are:

STNG, where Data creates Lol, his "daughter". I was SO upset when they killed her off. It would have been really really nice to have an android family on the Enterprise!

On a similar note.......
STVoyager, where Seven is involved in some sort of transporter accident and some of her nanites fuse with the Dr.s mobile emitter and create her Borg offspring. And then they kill him off. I REALLY hate it when they do this crap.

Anything pretty much where Brent Spiner played any and all "faces" of Dr. Soong or Lore. I love Brent Spiner!

Another STNG episode I like a lot is where they discover "pieces" of a puzzle that point toward the explanation of all life forms in the Universe.

The only other episode I can think of that really sticks out in my mind, is where Lwaxana Troi is engaged to get married to a guy (Ogden Stiers I think his name is) who isnt allowed to live past 50 (or something like that). I think I went thru half a box of tissue watching that one.

I forgot about the episode with Lol. That was a really good one. I also liked the episode where Spiner played Data, Dr. Soong, and Lore. I liked the way Data took over the Enterprise to get to the planet Dr. Soong was on.

Now that I think about it...Star Trek was big on killing off really good potential new characters.

Brent Spiner does rock...what did you guys think when Data got his "emotion" chip? Did it make the character better or worse?

I thought it was a good idea for the first Next Generation movie. It would have been a bad idea for him to use it in the series, because in the series his character is all about his struggle to become human.

On DS9 any episode dealing with the Founders and the war with the Dominion was my favorite. On Voyager any episode dealing with the Borg Queen and the Borg were my favorites. On DS9 I could not give any names of episode since I have only seen the entire series probably 3 or 4 times. On Voyager one that comes to mind quickly is Unimatrix Zero. Where some of the Borg seem to develope some kind of disease that causes them to dream of each other as they were before becoming assimilated. Seven of Nine with the help of Janeway and Voyager manages to sow a little chaos in the collective and manage to free some of the Borg from the collective. Clovous I am kind of confused, I remember the episode from Enterprise about the Borg, but Star Trek Enterprise is supposed to be the first Enterprise even before Kirk's Enterprise. I would have to go back and rewatch the episode to see where you seem to think they have stumbled upon Borg from First Contact. The thing that really bothers me about this episode even though I did like it is that in Next Gen Q supposedly throws Next Gen Enterprise into the path of the Borg for the first time, maybe I missed something in the episode that you are talking about but it is confusing when the writers of the show can't remember which end is up when they go tinkering with the Star Trek timeline. That is not the only screw up I would like explained to me

I think sometime during the Star Trek: TNG First Contact...there was a point where the Borg and Pickard's Enterprise were fighting. Of course the Borg were there b/c they wanted to stop man's first attempt at warp speed. Supposedly, during one of the fights, Borg pieces fell to earth and hit Antartica. They were then preserved until the first Enterprise ship finds and then activates them...Captain Archer's Enterprise. This is time anonomly crap can really kill the brain...know what I mean. LOL!

I still don't understand how those pieces could have went back in time there was no mention of that plus it still does not explain how TNG was flung by Q into the path of the Borg for the first time, and in that episode of Archers Enterprise the Borg were using some old technology when they hijacked that ship and turned it into something other than a cube. I don't know maybe there was some mention of a time Anomoly I would have to see that episode again to see

The time anomoly happened in the movie First Contact when the Enterprise E (Picards Enterprise) traveled back in time with the borg, who were trying to prevent Zefram Cochrane from acheiving warp speed for the first time. After the crew of the Enterprise E defeated the Borg and returned to their own time Zefram Cochrane remebered about the Borg and apparently told some people about it while drunk but later recanted his statement. That is how Archer knew about them. If I remember right the revived Borg in Archer's time managed to send a signal to the other Borg of that time who were in the Delta Quadrant. But those Borg wouldn't receive the signal for hundreds of years later which would be in Picard's time.

Clovus I do agree with you on Little Green Men that episode had me rolling on the floor

One of my favorite cliffhangers is Basics from Voyager when the Kazon capture Voyager with the help of that bitch Seska and they stranded the crew on that desolate planet. Another favorite cliffhanger from Voyager is Futures End when the crew goes back to modern day earth to stop Henry Starling from taking that spaceship into the future to steal more technology if you remeber in this episode they blame Starling for our computer revolution, and you cannot talk about cliffhangers without mentioning Seven of Nines introduction to the show in Scorpion part 2 this is where Voyager discovers to get home they will have to go through Borg space
