About Me:: I just friggin love movies. Especially those off the beaten path. Which is why I started a blog last month to share that passion with other afficianados. It's set up as a sort of 'film of the month club' (actually two a month, one new post every other Friday). My first was 'Kontroll', the next was 'After the Wedding', and this weekend began 'Feed'. I would love it if some of you great contributors in Netflix Land would come visit me, check out the site, and climb on board. Look forward to meeting you!

When Netflix was asking us to personalize our pictures, I got a buddy at work to put this one up for me. I went through lots of pictures of purple flowers that he showed me I could use before this one grabbed me. I have to admit I am not really a computer person, so it takes me a while to get the hang of things. I probably could learn if I took more time, but I'm so busy and when I'm not, I mostly prefer watching movie. I feel like I have to catch up! Ha! This is the only site that I visit regularly. Guess I'm hooked now. Ha!

It explores similar themes as in Lives of Others but he doesn't sentimentalize or honey-coat anything. Have you seen it?

The first film that MiniMicrowaved and I watched together was Gorjia when he was but about 3 months old. Since then he doesn't have the attention span to keep up with it but does love to get his groove on to the Sirius Satelite Radio.

But he sure seems to love Gorija, it doesn't hurt that I bought him 6.5" vinyl figures of Gorija, Mechagodzilla and King Ghidora for his first three toys!
