I feel you!! I make no excuses for my quirky tastes in movies. I am glad you feel the same. I will definately check out whatever movie you suggest for me. I have seen so many wonderful movies because of friends on this site.
Check out the Legos Zombie! Isn't he cute? :-)
Hi Ladybug~ Let's see, the last movie I've seen... I just revisited "Memoirs of a Geisha" for the second time and it still holds up as a great movie for me. Great music also. Otherwise (speaking of music) I just saw Lou Reed's "Berlin" concert film and loved it, me being a fan of that album from when it originally was released (think I was 14 at the time). The visuals in the Reed dvd complement the (bleak) storyline of the album beautifully, IMO. I also just saw the "Captain Beefheart: Under Review" dvd which was another winner for me. Beefheart was/is a genius, a truly original artist. I always devour info about artists of his caliber; it's very inspiring and instructive. And yes, you should google Black Moth Super Rainbow- you'll LOVE them! They have a website with a page of free mp3s... not hard to download over dialup, it just takes a while :-) You owe it to yourself to check em out! Oh yeah, I'm finally playing around with building myself a myspace page. The link is on my member page. There's a fairly wild 5 minute *new* experimental piece of mine there now. It's technically not finished yet I think but it is listenable. Hope all is well with you and the election hasn't stressed you out as it has done me ! Take care~ Timothy
